Returning or exchanging any goods is at the discretion of Made of Tomorrow and we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if you wish to do so. 

The goods must be in original condition and have not been opened for a refund, if items have been opened we will issue a credit. There will be an 8% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, diaries if they have been custom monogrammed, any FOLD items that have been custom coloured or any made to order items.

Returns must be returned well packaged to avoid any damage during transit and be shipped on a tracked service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Made of Tomorrow. Do not apply any courier stickers directly onto the product's cardboard packaging. Returns are usually processed within 2-5 working days of us receiving your return.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:
If the item is faulty we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide images of the damage and email them to hello@madeoftomorrow for our returns team to assess the damage. If required to return the damaged items, we will need you to include a completed returns form with the goods to be returned.

CHANGE OF MIND:
If the size doesn’t fit your space, if you don’t like the colour, want to swap, or have other reasons please let us know within 7 days. The goods must be in original condition and have not been opened for a refund, if items have been opened we will issue a credit. There will be an 8% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.

Please provide a completed returns form and email to hello@madeoftomorrow for our returns team to process. You will be required to arrange the return of the items on a tracked service and you will be issued your credit or refund once the items have been received by our returns team. A printed copy of your returns form must be included in the returns package.

INCORRECT ITEMS SENT: 
If you have been sent incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
