Returns Policy

Returns:

Returning or exchanging any goods is at the discretion of Made of Tomorrow and we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if you wish to do so. 

The goods must be in original condition for a refund, if items have been opened we will issue a credit. There will be an 8% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, diaries if they have been custom monogrammed, any FOLD items that have been custom coloured or any made to order items.

Returns must be returned well packaged to avoid any damage during transit and be shipped on a tracked service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Made of Tomorrow. Do not apply any courier stickers directly onto the product's cardboard packaging. Returns are usually processed within 2-5 working days of us receiving your return.

Faulty Items:

If the item is faulty we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please submit the information via our self-service returns page here.

Order not delivered / delivered elsewhere:

If your order gets delivered to the incorrect address we must be notified within 7 days of delivery to be able to file a claim or get the item uplifted and delivered to the correct address. If the 7 days has passed since it was delivered we are unable to remedy this error. (Please follow the journey of your order once you receive the tracking information). Change of mind:

If the size doesn’t fit your space, if you don’t like the colour, want to swap, or have other reasons please let us know within 7 days. The goods must be in original condition and have not been opened for a refund, if items have been opened we will issue a credit. There will be an 8% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.

Incorrect Items Sent:

If you have been sent incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please submit the information via our self-service returns page here.
